About me
Hi, I’m Tom, a sustainability-obsessed, multi-award-winning founder based in London.
After graduating from university, I built my first startup BeoBia, an insect-farming company with a 10,000 sq ft R&D farm in Leicestershire, turning organic waste into insect protein, oils and fertilisers for the agricultural sector. Retailing product across the UK, US, EU and Australia.
I’ve been lucky enough to be recognised as Barclays Bank Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), an Innovate UK Young Innovator, a FoodTech 500 company, and Midlands Manufacturer of the Year (2025), and to feature on Channel 4, Sky News and the BBC.
Now I work with impact-driven, sustainability-focused startups to share what I’ve learned the hard way, helping them become investment-ready, refine their operations and bring world-changing ideas to life.
